My ever growing client based in Chatham are seeking an Administrator to join their Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all administration for mortgage completions. Your day to day tasks will be as follows:
- To deliver fantastic Customer Service to all internal and external customers
- To adhere to the Customer Service framework and deal with enquires promptly
- Handle all communications from Solicitors in respect of the completion of loans
- Be meticulous in uploading all documentation onto the in-house system
- Identify any potential fraudulent activity
To be considered for the role you it is crucial that you have worked within a similar role and have good knowledge of mortgages processes.
