Mortgage Administrator/Sales Support

Due to the continued growth and expansion of this Mortgages firm based in Essex, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mortgage Administrator / Sales to support a growing team of Mortgage brokers. The role will involves processing mortgage business from application stage through to completion.

Other duties include:

  • Ensure all applications are accurate and complete
  • Communicate with the lender throughout the process, providing additional information if required
  • Communicate with product providers throughout the process providing additional information as and when it is requested
  • Ensure client information is accurate and up to date when transferring to the database

Candidates to be considered for this role should have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience working within Financial Services
  • Excellent communication - both oral and written
  • Reporting/analytical experience
