Due to continued growth and development my client is looking for an experienced Mortgage Adminstrator to join their existing support team in providing support to their team of Mortgage Brokers

What they will offer you:

Basic Salary of £19,500
20 days holiday
Shut down between Christmas and New Year - NOT taken from holiday entitlement.
On site parking
Monday - Friday working

The duties include:-
• To provide best support to advisors to chase applications effectively to offer/terms, updating client to ensure exceptional customer service and generating client referrals.
• To ensure all documentation is received from the clients and submission to relevant lender and protection providers.
• To include completion of suitability letters.
• Complete all client transactions in accordance with the company sales process, FCA and compliance requirements
• Maintain strong working relationships with colleagues
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients

The ideal candidate will have:-
Recent Mortgage Administration experience.
CeMap would be preferred however is not essential
Customer service/telephony experience is a must.
A can do attitude, be self-motivated and have great communication skills.
