Are you an experienced Mortgage Administrator looking for your next opportunity to work with a reputable and established Mortgage Brokerage firm?

This company are looking for an experienced and talented Mortgage Sales Support with a background managing mortgage cases through to completion within a fast paced and busy office environment.

Basic Salary £18,000 - £19,000 per annum.

Full time Monday - Friday and hours will be 9am - 5.30pm.

The duties include:-
• To provide best support to advisors.
• To complete mortgage and protection applications and follow through to completion.
• To chase applications effectively to offer/terms, updating client every 72 hours, minimum, to ensure exceptional customer service and generating client referrals
• To chase and upload all relevant documentation and ensuring files are fully compliant
• Maintain strong working relationships with colleagues
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• To follow Sales support Procedures

Experience working within a Mortgage Broker’s or Financial Advisers office as an administrator.
Customer service/telephony experience is a must.
Must be able to show a can do attitude, be self-motivated and have great communication skills.
