Mortgage Administration/Case Handler - Plymouth

Recruit UK are working with an award winning financial advice company who are looking to grow their expanding Mortgage Support team. The successful candidate will be highly motivated with the ability to motivate and support others and have exceptional organisational skills.

They are seeking driven and professional individuals who thrive in a busy environment, providing administrative assistance throughout the process. You will be expected to be an expert or specialist in the functions you are accountable for and your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Working closely with the Mortgage Advisers to ensure a seamless service to our clients
  • To manage mortgage & protection applications from submission to completion through effective communication with our clients, lenders and insurers
  • Liaising with other 3rd party suppliers
  • To ensure regulatory and company compliance levels are maintained
  • Completing post application checks
  • Diary management, task management and event scheduling
  • Management of case files

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Mortgage experience is essential

Depending on your experience and level of qualifications, the firm are offering up to c£21k plus benefits.
