Monitoring Administrator - Band B - Temp Temporary job opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join Innovate UK.

Your new role
You will work within a small team that is responsible for delivering administrative support to live grants. Your key responsibilities will include co-ordinating the timely delivery of project information, monitoring projects effectively, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and setting project files up accurately. Additionally, you will be responsible for allocating Monitoring Officers to live grants, working closely with the grant awards teams to ensure customer satisfaction through process continuity and reviewing and processing project change requests as required.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will need to have worked in a similar administrative role previously where you have been responsible for managing multiple priorities at any one time. You will need to have good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively to both internal and external stakeholders. You will need to be IT literate and able to use a suite of Microsoft Office programmes.
What you'll get in return
You will earn between £11.62 per hour (premium rate - inclusive of holiday) which will be paid on a weekly basis.
