Mobile Technology Field Based Administrator
Carewatch are a leading national home care provider. For over two decades, we have helped many thousands of people get the best out of life, supporting independent living within the comfort of their own homes and community.
We are now looking to recruit a number of full time Mobile Technology Field Based Administrators. These are four month fixed term contract roles and the main purpose of the positions are to support the implementation of a dynamic scheduling solution.
Duties will include:
Engagement with Branch staff and end users
Liaison with central technical and project teams
Provide system training and support to internal end users
Supporting a portfolio of 4 to 5 Branches
Coordinating technical and operational transition
Creating, reviewing and evaluating supporting documentation (How to guides, FAQ’s, action plans etc)
Data cleansing and data entry
Maintain IT standard of ECM technology
Assisting with general system queries
Any other duties as deemed necessary, in the interests of Carewatch and its technology requirements
These roles are field based with frequent travel to branches required which may result in occasional overnight stays. Therefore applicants must hold a full drivers licence and will have access to their own vehicle.
What we look for:
The successful applicant will possess previous experience in the usage and support of Microsoft Office applications including Exchange/ Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Superb communication skills (both written and orally) are a must along with the willingness to provide a first class customer service experience.
