Mobile Service Support Manager for Facilities Management - Permanent Position

You will be working for one of the largest, national, facilities management companies providing support to various sites around Manchester and Cheshire. You will be working as part of a large, skilled and growing service team, delivering efficient and effective support.
Your new role
You will be working mobile, travelling to various sites across Manchester and Cheshire, in a company provided vehicle. Your duties will involve, but not be limited to, arranging contractors to attend site and undertake works needed, update records accordingly. In line with this you will be carrying out audits to ensure PPMs and reactive maintenance is carried out in accordance to H&S standards and deadlines, monitoring KPIs and reporting on these.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will be experienced in Facilities Management at a minimum of Customer Support level and live around the Manchester/Cheshire area. You will hold a full, UK licence enabling you to travel for your role. You will be approachable, as you will be the first port of call for any repairs or tenant queries.
