This is a full time, permanent position.

Our client, a fast growing technical distributor based on the outskirts of Marlow are seeking a Mobile Solutions Support to assist the Mobile Solutions team maximise sales. Other administrative duties will be required support to the busy team. The individual must have previous experience of using all Microsoft packages and the ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels.

Key Duties:

  • Managing the end to end handling and delivery of operational queries from resellers
  • Liaise with sales in relation to new quotations and renewals
  • Assisting with preparation for business to business meeting presentations, including gaining figures from other departments as necessary
  • Management of internal information hub
  • Administer, manage and recording of trials
  • Management of end to end process around the completion of transactions involving business to business finance
  • Be able to provide pre and post technical support in the areas of Device Management to resellers
  • Assist the reseller and their customers with technical and operational support
  • All other administration as required by the team
  • Any other duties as required

Special Requirements:

  • Excellent organisation skills & time management
  • Excellent ability and experience with MS office suite
  • Experience of order processing system or package
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proactive in approach
  • Self-starter and personally driven
  • Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced work environment
  • Understanding of software licencing and Mobile Device Management would be an advantage
  • Excellent team player
