Role Purpose

The Mobile Marketing Executive will represent the marketing team for all Ladbrokes Coral mobile products, to support the Senior Mobile Marketing Manager in all operational and promotional activity. This role will assist in the day to day management of app download campaigns and drive the operational activity for all elements of the mobile marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the creation and planning of mobile marketing campaigns across the Ladbrokes Coral mobile products, to ensure effective roll-out of the mobile strategy across all channels
  • Reporting and analysing mobile marketing campaigns to illustrate the performance on a ROI in this area
  • Analysing the effectiveness of app download campaigns and optimising accordingly to help Ladbrokes Coral achieve the best possible app store ratings
  • Accountable for regular testing of the mobile journeys, as well as testing new products to ensure optimal performance across a range of mobile and tablet devices
  • Create ASO tracking reports and implement recommendations from the Senior Mobile Marketing Manager in order to keep ASO optimisation up to date
  • Track competitor performance across a range of gaming rated keywords and analyse differing mobile marketing strategies in order to assess/reaffirm Ladbrokes Coral positioning.
  • Work closely with the brand teams to ensure that screenshots, app promotional videos and copy are aligned to the brand guidelines of each product
  • Develop mobile marketing innovations and ensuring Ladbrokes Coral is using the most appropriate mobile tracking technology for our products
  • Work with our mobile app tracking provider to ensure we are benefitting from beta products they are releasing
  • Working with the Senior Mobile Marketing Manager to manage and support any mobile marketing agencies to ensure delivery of objectives
  • Coordinating mobile marketing requirements internally with the product development and design teams, to ensure all products development have the required marketing support
  • Managing and monitoring the Ladbrokes Coral iTunes account and ensuring that all messages from Apple are escalated to the relevant departments for resolution
  • Providing analysis on the benefits of organic search traffic on both acquisition of new customers and retention of current customers
  • Assessing the profitability of each network being used by our Online Media team in Tel Aviv, to ensure the optimum levels of ROI are being received and optimise accordingly
  • Work closely with the other mobile marketing execs on the team to ensure that we are establishing cross-brand learnings

Qualifications and Educational

  • Marketing related degree preferred

Specialist Skills and Experience Required

  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and interpersonal
  • Experience in either a mobile digital media agency or similar client set up
  • Ability to work in self-directed, fast-paced, result-oriented environment & to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse data and make recommendations
  • High level of numeracy and analytical capability
  • Experience within iGaming
  • Experience of using App Annie, Sensor Tower and iTunes Connect
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint
