MOBILE MAINTENANCE PLUMBER - LONDON to SOUTH COAST -COMMERCIAL OFFICE BUILDINGS- £28K

A Fantastic opportunity to work for a National Maintenance provider on a Mobile basis covering a variety of commercial contracts across London and down to the south coast.

The successful candidate will need to be mechanically qualified to City & Guilds in Plumbing and should have extensive building services knowledge. Experience of working within a blue-chip environment would be beneficial. Your main duties will be pipework, blockages, changing toilets, sinks, taps, washers & sinks. Knowledge of AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, AC and BMS. 2 days a week you will be require to deal with drainage issues that may arrive across the contract so previous experience would be beneficial.

In return, an attractive package is on offer, starting with a salary of £28,000 PER ANNUM. This is an opportunity to perform a diverse role and progress internally within the company.

Hours of work

Monday to Friday (08:00am to 17:00pm)
