Job Title: Mobile Hydraulic Service Engineer
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 + Overtime + On-Call
Location: Plymouth
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
On-Call: 1 in 4 weeks
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Hydraulic Service Engineer to join our team in Plymouth. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role with excellent earning potential and long-term career development.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Attending customer sites to replace hydraulic hoses and components
• Delivering high-quality service and building strong customer relationships
• Logging job information using the company mobile app
• Supporting business growth by engaging with new and existing clients
• Participating in an on-call rota (1 in 4) with additional pay and commission

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently
• Experience in one of the following:
  • Hose replacement
  • Plant/forklift fitting
  • HGV fitting
  • Agricultural engineering
  • General mechanical or hydraulic roles
• Confident dealing with customers
• Full manual UK driving licence
