The purpose of this role is to represent within ScanStock accounts, managing the operational aspect of our managed inventory service offer, with responsibility to support the development and profitable sales growth of the account by building strong relationships with key Customer Stakeholders onsite.
*To conduct regular stock replenishment visits to ScanStock Customers in support of Managed inventory services to ensure efficient operation of these services
*To drive operational efficiency within the ScanStock accounts, ensuring profitability is optimised
*To deliver account activity that drive value and encourages additional business
*Hold regular Customer review meetings to maintain customer satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
*To Conduct joint or solo sales visits to existing or potential ScanStock customers to assist in the qualification and negotiation new installations
*Visit new ScanStock accounts and (as appropriate) support the setup of the customer installations in conjunction with ScanStock implementation resources
*Support local sales regions with ScanStock initiatives, providing advice, guidance and training to the sales team, to ensure the continues growth of the ScanStock revenue stream
*Support the Local Branch when not at full capacity as agreed with the Branch Manager
*Maximise and promote Local Branch offer and custom orders to support increased revenue growth
*Proven Sales and Customer communication skills
*Relationship building and influencing skills
*Experience working within sales or customer service environment
*PC Literate - Microsoft office packages
*Report writing skills
*Full Driving Licence is essential
