MIS and Compliance Supervisor - Work-based Learning
A leading provider of independent 16+ education is looking to appoint an outstanding MIS/Compliance Supervisor for their business.
Our client delivers a range of vocational training programmes to learners aged 14-19, including Apprenticeships, Traineeships, Study Programmes and a Degree programme. They have achieved and maintained high quality standards, and are committed to their learners and providing a dynamic, high quality learning environment.
As the MIS and Compliance Supervisor, you will have core responsibility for management of the funding, audit and student services functions. This will include overall accountability for the management and development of the Management Information Systems, Data and related procedures, as well as the day to day management of the MIS & Administration team.
You will ensure the accurate and timely submission of funding reports, statistical returns and key stakeholder FE financial and quality data returns to external bodies. You will also continuously monitor Management Information, be able to provide key insight into business performance, and advise on funding, performance and curriculum efficiency. You will also manage the internal and external funding audits, ensuring the business's ongoing compliance.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in a similar MIS role, including successfully leading a dynamic MI team. This will have been gained in the education space, as a strong working knowledge of ESFA Funded programmes is essential, such as Study programme, Traineeships, Apprenticeships, Adult Skills Budget and Student loans. You will also have a proven ability to run Individual Learner Record (ILR) submissions. You will have excellent IT skills, including of the Compass suite of products (both MIS and student data systems).
