Experienced minute taker required - £8.41 - Ongoing temporary assignment
Your new company
You will be working for a NHS trust within the UK's largest employer. This trust provides health care services across Lancashire. You'll be working amongst an experienced team providing all-round support for the Office Manager and staff members.
Your new role
Your responsibility will be to take minutes every week for staff members and managers in this fast-paced NHS department. Your role as a minute taker will involve you frequently taking minutes at least once a week for staff and management meetings. It will be your responsibility to take these minutes and type them up correctly. As this is a busy NHS department you will be expected to type up these minutes to a set time frame with a quick turnaround period. Other administrative duties will include processing correspondence, handling telephone enquiries and filing.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this position you need to have had previous experience taking minutes. The role will require you to be extremely quick at typing up meeting discussions and doing this correctly, therefore a strong attention to detail is required. Additionally, you will have good social skills and are confident meeting a variety of people, whether that is the general public or NHS managers.

You will be working for the UK's largest employer on a temporary basis, Monday-Friday 37.5 hours per week. Working in this NHS trust will provide you with a great experience in a professional environment. You will be earning £8.41 per hour for three months. There is parking on site and the role may be subject to extension dependant on your performance and the business needs.
