Our public sector client based in Middlesbrough have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Minute Taker to join their busy team.
Temporary ongoing contract until July 2018
Hours Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm
Purpose of the Post:
To attend and participate in regular complex meetings, taking, preparing and circulating notes/minutes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Be responsible for undertaking administrative, organisational processes within the business.
Manage manual and computerised record/ management information systems.
Attend and participate in regular complex meetings, taking, preparing and circulating notes/ minutes.
Operate relevant equipment/complicated ICT packages.
Be aware of and support difference and ensure equal opportunities for all
Level 3 or equivalent qualification or experience in relevant discipline
Very good numeracy/literacy skills
Extensive experience in development, management and operation of administrative systems
Effective use of ICT and other specialist equipment/resources
ICT and keyboard skills
Good oral and written Communication Skills
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES NEED TO HAVE SAFEGUARDING BACKGROUND AND MINUTE TAKING EXPERIENCE.
