Minuet Taker

Our client is a large Public Sector employer with smart, modern offices located close to all local travel links and amenities in Thurrock. They are seeking a full time and a part time minute taker and administrator who can work at a high level dealing with extremely sensitive information. Child protection or Safeguarding experience is highly desirable. This is an interesting role and will require the successful candidate to:

• Deal with telephone, correspondence, and face to face enquires from, service users and others

• Provide administrative support to executives, prepare agenda; take and transcribe minutes of meetings/conferences/panels

• Set up and co-ordinate meetings including taking referrals, managing diaries, booking rooms, attendee invites and ensuring relevant paperwork is available for those meetings and distributed to panels in advance, liaising with Social Workers, Team Managers and Service Managers to ensure that the relevant paperwork is available in a timely manner

• Type letters, reports and minutes to a high standard, maintaining appropriate confidentiality as required and within statutory timescales

• Maintain filing systems and electronic systems with high regard to the confidential and statutory nature of the subject matter
