This role will be all about evaluating and validating customer claims which can be a tricky process so you would need to have extensive experience built up within a large scale insurance organisation to be able to be effective in this position.
Investigating claims to assess liability is the aim of this role, identifying any fraud indicators and migration of claims to the correct department
You will be making decisions quickly based on incomplete and conflicting information so your intuition and extensive investigation experience will be invaluable here.
Strong communication and first class customer service skills will be put to the test in this role as you will be updating customers throughout the process and handing their claim over to the correct department, ensuring cohesion and efficiency.
