Milton Court Primary Academy is looking for an enthusiastic and caring Midday Supervisor to start as soon as possible on a Fixed Term Contract until July 2020

Midday Supervisors' Main Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To help keep the children safe at all times
  • To help children use their utensils properly when eating
  • To reinforce good manners at the table
  • Ensure plates etc are cleared from tables to maintain a clean and tidy environment and to free up space for any further sittings
  • Ensure once meals are finished that the dining area is wiped down and is left in a clean and tidy manner
  • Assist in lining the children up to get their meal and supervise the pupils in the hall at mealtimes
  • Deal with any accidents that occur by contacting the first aider and to mop up any spillages to food or drink
  • Assist other adults with playground duty
  • To follow the school behaviour policy
  • To report any concerns or serious issues to a senior member of staff immediately

This role needs positive interaction with the children.

Hours are 12.00 - 13.30 5 days a week, term time only.
