Dynamics 365 / CRM / Dynamics NAV / Business Central / Power Platform / Power BI Fully remote working £26,000 - £30,000 per annum The Client Our client is a market leader in their field and due to significant growth, they would like to talk to experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 support Consultants, associate and junior developers to join their flourishing Development team. The Opportunity Our client would like to hire a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Support Consultant who will be responsible for Proactively investigating support calls and managing them through to completion. You will Liaise with the Professional Services team, and 3rd party software providers. Manage the diagnosis and resolution of support issues, whilst communicating with customers and 3rd Party suppliers. What’s needed for me to be considered? - Responding to customer support queries, logged via telephone, email and through our online customer support system. - Excellent written and oral communication skills - An ability to be self-motivated and driven to achieve professional goals - The ability to work on your own initiative without supervision whilst contributing and participating to the team - Ability to manage workload and time according to internal and external SLA’s - Good attention to detail and investigation skills - Resourceful, energetic, and enthusiastic, prepared to go the "extramile" - Experience supporting & training users on Dynamics Platforms - Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills - comfortable working in a client facing role Essential skills: • Microsoft Dynamics NAV experience • Understanding of the Microsoft Office365 stack • Experience in a support and consultative role • Understanding of Microsoft Power Platform • Understanding of Microsoft Power BI • Candidate must be legally entitled to work in the UK and permanent resident Desirable skills: • Business Central, in a support, administrative or consultative capacity • Microsoft Certification • Microsoft PowerBI • Microsoft Power Platform • Accountancy background (AAT Level 4) • TARGIT, JET and Zetadocs for NAV/Continia Document Management • Degree educated Responsibilties: • Ensure that your section of responsibility is operating effectively and efficiently. • Work collaboratively within each department of the company • Knowledge transfer and sharing • Ensure that all documentation relating to your work is accurate and complete and produced in a timely manner. • To ensure that brand security is maintained. • Note that travel may be required both for training and project purposes.
