Contact Centre Partners is supporting the recruitment of an MI & Forecasting Analyst for our Midlands based client.
You will be well versed in advanced excel with experience of modelling manual forecasts and also be a proficient user of WFM technology; ideally Impact 360. A demonstrable understanding of the use of Erlang for resource planning is also advantageous.
It is a requirement that candidates are strong team players with an inclusive work ethic and have the ability to form strong working relationships and communication lines with various key operational stakeholders.
A minimum of 18 months experience of front and/or back office forecasting is required within a contact centre operation.
