What you will be doing
In this role you will be responsible for developing and delivering management information reports to both internal and external customers, as well as supporting technical queries and building solutions to data extraction requirements and MI development.
You will produce a variety of reports for our Corporate clients, providing them with insight and an understanding of any trends in their health and wellbeing service provisions. You will be required to analyse the reports to a high standard of quality and accuracy. There will also be a need for you to carry out internal reporting and strategic analysis for all teams across the Health Services business.
You will have a solid background and technical ability to analyse data and present it back to a non-technical audience.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with spreadsheets and figures, and has a passion for data. It is essential that you have advanced knowledge & application, ideally working within a Corporate environment, of SQL Server Management Studio, MS Visual Studio, MS CRM and also have an excellent working knowledge of all MS Office packages including advanced skills in Excel and Access. If you have studied in the field of IT or data management this would be a consideration too.
You'll need to have an eye for detail and accuracy, an analytical mind and a positive, proactive attitude. You will also need to have good communication skills and the confidence to liaise with both internal and external customers to keep your stakeholders involved at each point of the reporting process. You will be able to conduct detailed root cause analysis, to identify trends and to make recommendations on areas for improvement.
We need a good team player in this role. The job involves working with various teams of the Health Services division as well as the Senior Leadership Team, providing them with information they need to meet our customer’s needs and to develop our proposition. At times there will be a need to work under pressure, prioritise and to meet tight deadlines so a can-do attitude is a must.
