A key role has presented itself within the back office support function. Due to the continued growth and success of the consultant team, the Bristol office now requires an additional individual with a background in MI reporting to assist with the smooth running of the contractors and permanent placements UK wide. You will be collating a variety of management information key to the business, so experience of running such reports, ideally within a recruitment or service led sector will be advantageous.
The ideal candidate will be someone with a solid understanding of contract recruitment/limited company contractors/MI reporting and how to manage the processes around their placement. You could be from a recruitment administration background if not from MI, however someone who has worked within Management Information is ideal. You should be well organised, a strong communicator as regular contact with clients and contractors is necessary.
This is a busy office with regular deadlines so working efficiently under pressure is vital. You should be a team player and a long term career is on offer.
Will reflect experience but up to circa 24k plus 10% and excellent benefits is achievable.
