We have an exciting opportunity for a Operations Management Information Analyst to join our growing team, here at OneSavings Bank.
OSB are a challenger bank who specialise in specialist lending and retail savings. We’ve experienced significant growth over the last few years, with our UK employee base more than trebling to what is now approaching 500 staff.
The primary focus of the role is to support the design, implementation and maintenance of all core Operational Management Information required across the Operations teams in UK and India.
As the Operations Management Information Analyst, you would be…
Effectively coordinating and accurately giving status position for all new and scheduled requests
Completing data reconciliation to ensure the developer output meets the original stakeholder requirements
Engaging with stakeholders regularly to understand their requirements
Understanding and tracking the capacity plans surrounding operational MIS requests, ensuring the annual operational MIS development surrounding business operations activities is planned effectively

Do you have existing experience working in an Operational MI Analyst position?
Do you have prior experience in documenting and interpreting business management information requirements?
Do you have GCSE/GCE qualifications in both Maths and English?
