The main purpose of the role is to work in the MI team providing reporting, analysis and insight to support requirements of the department and the development of processes and initiatives within the team.
Responsibilities will consist of supporting departmental and team KPI’s, preparing and distributing management information to the wider business, sharing ideas and best practices to improve individual and team performance.
The successful MI Analyst / Insight Analyst will need to have a proven track record of providing data analysis and insights in a similar role and relatively strong technical skills. You will ensure the integrity of the company’s governance processes is maintained at all time and develop an excellent market knowledge.
• Excellent experience working in an analysis role and delivering results in a pressurized environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communicator at all levels.
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• Flexible, reactive, can do attitude
• Logical approach with the creativity to formulate new ideas
• Business Objects and OBIEE skills preferable.
