Our client, an independent B2Benergy supplier, is looking for a Metering Analyst to join their team. In this vital role, you'll manage the metering portfolio, resolve meter and data issues, and collaborate with Meter Asset Managers (MAMs) and a range of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have energy industry experience (specifically within Metering), thrive under pressure, demonstrate excellent analytical skills, and consistently deliver exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities for the Metering Analyst:

  • Oversee and manage all meter/AMR installations, exchanges, removals, and data updates.
  • Collaborate with customers, suppliers and metering partners to resolve queries.
  • Resolve meter and AMR data issues efficiently and manage meter reading rejections.
  • Support AMR and Smart meter rollout strategies, ensuring data accuracy

·Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting to support operational and sales functions.

Skills and experience required for the Metering Analyst:

  • Energy industry experience (specifically within Metering) - Essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive problem-solver with the confidence to challenge the status quo.
  • Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment and work flexibly across business areas.
  • Familiarity with third-party agents like MAMs, MOPs, or DCs.
