An exciting Merchandising Admin Assistant opportunity has arisen on our Wholesale department here at the New Look head office in Central London. Your key responsibilities will be to provide effective administration support for the Wholesale team and to assist with the planning and development of the department. You will liaise with the Buying, Merchandising and Design teams as well as the Wholesale Partner and communicate regularly with the DC to ensure the delivery schedule is kept to.

As an MAA YOU'LL GIVE:

Intake Management: Day to day management of intake and relationship with BMD teams, Distribution Centre and Wholesale partner to ensure goods are delivered on time, slippage is communicated to all interested parties and compliance issues are resolved.

PO maintenance: Maintaining close contact with the Wholesale buying team and Wholesale partner to ensure that all impacts on delivery dates are communicated or resolved.

Critical Path Management:- Managing and taking ownership of critical path, updating the partners with any changes and amendments. Covering key management of POs from both New Look and the Wholesale partner.

Reporting: - Able to assist Wholesale Assistant, where necessary, with all reporting requirements.

Delivery: - Be a single point of contact between New Look and Wholesale Partner to facilitate and manage the delivery process.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Proficient in Microsoft Office e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook

Numerical & Analytical

Good team player

Educated to college level

Have a proactive approach to work

Possess an interest in Retail and the retail market

Good time management

Great communication skills
