If successful you will work on a specific product category to forecast and manage the end to end stock requirements at product, depot and store level considering sales, seasonality, range change and promotional activity.
Working closely with a group of both domestic and international suppliers to manage continuity of supply and availability by forecasting requirements and calculating/raising purchase orders.
You will maximise supply chain performance within established KPI’s on stock holding, seeking to drive efficiencies by identifying and taking action on stock which is contributing to DC capacity issues and bottlenecks. Distribution and Stock Flow teams are key stakeholders for this role.
Working closely with Buyers and Merchandise/ Demand Planners to analyse current and future store sales performance and adjust stock levels at a store product level in order to maximise availability whilst ensuring stock KPI’s are met. Additionally ensuring systems are aligned to correctly replenish store stock holding.
Supporting the business through a period of high levels of growth and change.

Strong numerical, analytical and organisational skills
Experience managing line level sales and demand forecasts in a Retail environment
Excel – varied use of formulas, macros and functions in order to provide effective Management Information.
Demonstration of being able to deliver to timescales in an environment of multiple priorities
Comfortable working in an ambiguous, high change environment
Good inter-personal skills with a ‘can-do’ outlook
Strong verbal/written communication and confidence in challenging stakeholders
Knowledge of extended supply chain critical path
Appreciation of inventory management and process
Results orientated with an ability to identify, anticipate and react to issues
