Merchandise Admin Assistant

My client is looking for a Merchandise Admin Assistant to join their established international and outlets merchandise team.

Main aspects of the role are assisting the merchandising team to achieve the international and outlet merchandising process, including completing general administration tasks and supporting the team in planning and trading.
Working cross collaboratively with the buying teams and Merchandising allocators to ensure orders have been raised accurately on the system and are due into the business at the correct time, and that stock is then successfully distributed to stores.
Main Responsibilities
*Ensure that all product data is correctly set up and maintained on the system, such as price, quantity, delivery date and supplier
*To ensure that all orders are correctly maintained on the system
*Responsible for preparing and distributing weekly trade reports
*Provide necessary ad-hoc analysis to support all performance reviews and improve commercial understanding of the Business
*Understand the critical dates and deadlines in both the planning and trading process
*Supporting Merchandisers in ensuring that available stock levels are always optimised
*Ensures the system order is correct & at the right status before delivery is given permission to ship / air.
*Attends weekly critical path meetings with the Buying team to identify any risks and opportunities at line level
*Actions any stock phasing under guidance of the Merchandiser / AM

Skills Needed

-familiar with MS Excel, Word and Outlook
