• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to provide emotional and mental health support for students.
• Work one-on-one or with small groups of students who may be experiencing emotional or mental health challenges.
• Support students in developing strategies for managing emotions, building resilience, and improving their mental well-being.
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment, where students feel valued and heard.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain mental health concepts in a compassionate and accessible manner.
