This is an exciting opportunity for Band 2 Mental Healthcare Assistant's seeking daytime work in the Manchester area.
Your new role
You will need to possess effective communication and team work skills, which are required to work within a team of nurses of differing roles and professions. You will be involved in the personal care and meeting the psychological needs of a diverse group of service users with varying degrees of mental and physical issues, so attention to detail and commitment to care are essential.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will need a minimum of 6 months relevant NHS experience within the mental health sector. You must be dedicated and fully committed to ensuring that you provide the very best patient care whilst on duty. You must be able to adapt to a fast paced working environment, be an excellent communicator and be confident in decision making.
