We have the pleasure of helping to recruit for a Membership Services Manager required for an organisation who support in excess of 90% of their sector and is based in Peterborough. Our client is looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service to its Members. The ideal candidate will be confident with a friendly personality. This is a diverse and busy role and perfect for a self-motivated, enthusiastic individual with a keen eye for detail and drive to add value. As Membership Services Manager duties will include maintenance and development of Membership offering.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide quality level Member support and assistance
* Ensure Membership subscription renewals are processed in a timely manner
* Maintain and develop Members' services and database
* Attend Membership events
* Data Protection Management
* Administration Support
* Social Media updates and development

The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience of Membership subscriptions
* Understanding of statistical data and knowledge of CRM
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong IT skills
* High level of accuracy
* Confident
* Exceptional Customer Service skills
