Membership Services Manager

£25,000

Purpose:

To provide a high level of service to members who pay subscriptions. Responsibilities include the development of key member contacts which includes some visits, responding to the member survey and the development and maintenance of an accurate database.

Duties:

· Develop and maintain database

· Ensuring all sales invoices are paid with agreed terms

· To assist with events when needed

· Support team with general input and support when required

· Maintain high level of administrative support to members

· Consider ways of expanding and improving service for members

· Timely chasing payments of sales invoices

Skills:

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Confident with Microsoft Excel

· Ability to deal with large amounts of data
