This is an exciting position which will provide a high level of service to their company members.
Responsibilities include the development of key member contacts which includes some visits, responding to the member survey and the development and maintenance of an accurate database.
In addition, assisting with event management; the timely invoicing and collection of subscription payments; the development and maintenance of the company Twitter feed, as well providing support to the Web Manager in the development of the Members’ area of the company website.
This exciting position will suit someone outgoing as they will be the central point of contact for Members; tenacity - dealing with Membership subscriptions and encouraging payment, helping Members recognise the benefits that membership subscription brings with it. There will also be a requirement for sporadic visits to Members’ premises.
They are looking for someone who possesses excellent communications skills, great IT skills (Excel, & Microsoft Word), Database management knowledge and recognises the importance of teamwork.
