Membership Services Administrator

Working for the Uks leading gardening organisation you will provide exceptional client service to a growing membership community of over 500k members. Based in our small but busy contact centre in beautiful London Offices you will be dealing with a variety of in-coming telephone calls, emails and other written correspondence from our existing members and the general public. No two days will be alike from advising how to navigate their website to helping someone new to the Association choose the best membership for them, from recording changes of information to giving directions to their shows.

This role requires a genuinely helpful nature plus excellent communication and computer skills with the ability to accurately update and maintain our in house database. You will need to have a flexible approach to work, the ability to multitask, maintain a friendly approach under pressure and be able to demonstrate your commitment to the role, ensuring high levels of customer service, with excellent attention to detail.
