An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven candidate with strong customer experience, to join a growing membership organisation in the South Leeds area.
Your new role
As a Membership Executive you will be carrying out membership administration and providing exceptional customer service and support to members and the public. You will be the first point of contact for members by email and telephone. You will provide a full application process and vetting service, which includes conducting credit checks, validating insurances, processing financial transactions by credit card and direct debit. You will also help process membership renewals, assist members with updating there profiles and carrying out refunds and any other general phone queries.
What you'll need to succeed
It is essential that you have previous experience of working in a high level customer service role. You will also have extensive experience of dealing with customers over the telephone and via email. You must also have experience of working in a high demanding processing role.
