Membership Executive

This is a full or part time, permanent position.

Our client, a local company whose aim is to provide support and promote businesses, is seeking a Membership Executive to manage current memberships and maintain a positive customer experience at all times. If you have at least 1 year of experience within a similar role and are totally committed to maintaining high levels of member satisfaction, then this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Duties:
• Manage membership renewals process to increase member retention and maintain a positive member experience
• Working as part of a team, identify business opportunities and help refine messages to support the lead generation activity. Use data to help inform future activity and identify upsell opportunities
• Follow up on member interest generated across other areas of the business to gain investment
• Share ideas, knowledge and resources to create a sales focused culture across the business
• Work with the Marketing & Communications team
• Attend hosted events, partner networking meetings and host webinars, as agreed with the team, to demonstrate the benefits of investing in the company
• Maintain internal database, company website and CRM as required
• Document transactions by completing timesheet and relevant reports
• Follow processes and procedures established within the team & organisation

Special Requirements:
• At least 12 months experience of outbound business/lead generation experience
• Highly proactive and self-motivated
• Ability to talk with ease to a range of entrepreneurs about their business needs
• Totally committed to maintaining high levels of member satisfaction whilst gaining investment
• Excellent IT skills, confident in using usual business applications
• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Car driver with business insurance

• £20,000 & bonuses
• 25 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays)
