The experience we need.
-Background within administration
-CRM, membership retention and acquisition
-Interest in Events
-Customer service and client relationship experience
-Membership retention and renewals
-Attending external events to promote benefits of membership
-Working with the marketing team on member promotions and communications
-Processing of new applications (system set up, email confirmation, processing payments and posting out of new member packs)
-Generation of annual renewals and follow up
-Providing monthly membership reports to branches and executive team
-Attending occasional meetings to liaise with branch coordinators and give updates
A head office in central Bristol close to Cabot Circus, with great views across the city. They have around 150 employees. The company provide a fantastic service towards the NHS.
What you’ll get in return.
The salary for this role is £23,000 - £25,000, excellent pension (16%), 27 days holiday.
