Membership & Database Assistant

We are seeking a Marketing & Database Assistant to join the Marketing division of a local charity organisation based near Salisbury, Wilts.

Working within the Membership & Supporter Management Team, to help manage professional memberships, contacts and supporters and to help develop and deliver marketing opportunities to expand the major stakeholder groups the charity interacts with. Our Client is planning to implement a new member management software system in the near future that you will be involved with so a knowledge of database systens is important.

Key Responsibilities

Working closely with other members of the team to:

  • Input data and use existing CRM database system.
  • Help to implement a new member management system.

  • Collaborating to maintain members and chase those who have lapsed.

  • Shaping the use of the new membership platform to enrich interaction with members.

  • Developing and enhancing communications and interactions with upporters and stakeholders

  • Developing and enhancing marketing opportunities for professional membership

This is a permanent position and an exciting opportunity for someone to join a small and friendly team.
