The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of members, handling queries, getting feedback and dealing with any issues linked to membership payments, cancellations and renewal.
Hours: 35 hours/week which may include Saturdays
Salary: £18k - £20k
- Building relationships with current members, actively promoting the benefits of membership & seeking ways to improve the member experience.
- Working to KPIs as set by line manager & Meeting retention targets
- providing a positive approach to debt retention & cultivate great
- Gain great product/service knowledge to provide advice to customers
