I am recruiting a Membership Coordinator for an industry-leading trade association. The successful candidate will be an experienced administrator, who is used to supporting the recruitment, engagement and retention of members. This is a full-time, permanent position.
You will support five smaller groups within the larger organisation with their membership recruitment, engagement and retention. You will ensure that the database is kept updated, and produce regular surveys and reports. This is a front-facing role and you will answer queries from members and the public, in addition to processing applications and renewals. The successful candidate will also need to organise meetings and take minutes at committees.
You must have strong administrative experience in the membership sector. You must be able to demonstrate experience of supporting a membership organisation to increase recruitment and improve engagement. A large part of this role will be to build relationships with members, so excellent customer service skills are essential. Knowledge of databases and running reports is also essential.
