A confident, proactive experienced CRM Administrator is required to join my client - a leading membership organisation based in the City of London. You will be joining a friendly, family-feel team at an exciting time in their newly renovated offices - to give support to a busy team and company growth.
This is a busy, varied role - responsibilities including but not limited to the following:
- Administration of the membership application process - amending the database as needed to reflect current database and records, researching potential members
- Client liaison - answering a range of queries across the board
- Managing the central database - this will develop so you are providing support for development of the database/providing training to staff
- Ad-hoc administrative support including processing of invoices and payment
You should have experience within a similar role, ideally within another membership organisation/professional body or society - where you are dealing with and providing support to membership applications. This is a great role for someone that is detail orientated, keen and looking for a varied support position.
