Member Services Administrator
Working for this great "family feel" Company in the Wimborne area you will be dealing with new savings and mortgage customers providing telephone and administration support.
Duties will include processing payments, closures, withdrawals, new accounts, deaths, Power of Attorney registrations, bond maturities and opening new accounts and complying with money laundering regulations with regard to Savings.
Mortgage tasks include processing mortgage completions, capital repayments, direct debits, redemptions, retentions and speaking with customers that want to change payments/term on their mortgage.
This role would suit someone with a track record in an administrative environment within the Financial Services sector, good PC skills including Word and Excel, excellent oral and written communication skills, previous mortgage and savings experience.
Knowledge of Money Laundering legislation, data protection and certificate in Retail Banking or CMAP would be desirable.
