Our client a well known and established organisation are recruiting a Medical Research Administrator, start ASAP, fixed term contract for two years, sal £24,780.

The postholder is expected to help take responsibility for the daily operation and administration of clerical and office support for Central Biomedical Services at a designated campus.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting the CBS departmental administrator in the efficient running of the offices in two buildings with general office duties, production and distribution of any documentation relevant to the facility.

Maintaining accurate records (electronic and hardcopy).

Responsible for data input.

To store, collate and maintain current and accurate records.

Accurate matching and filing of, delivery notes and external invoices

Working to the electronic diaries of the Site Manager and Facility Technical Manager.

Assisting when required to ensure the efficient presentation of Courses and other Meetings, to include booking venues and speakers, plus liaison with caterers and audio visual technicians

Answering telephone calls and taking accurate messages either by phone or in person.

Dealing with general questions and queries where possible.
