There is currently a new Medical Indemnity Insurance sales opportunity with the Lockton Medical Malpractice division.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales representative with proven track record of business development within the private hospital Consultants’ community. The successful applicant will have experience of selling products or services to this community, albeit they may not have specific insurance experience.

Suitable candidates must be able to demonstrate a strong track record in medical sales experience along with excellent networking skills, the ability to work successfully on own initiative and be highly organised.

The role will be home based, spending as much time in the London or Manchester offices as may be required but primarily on the road developing business. The home location of suitable candidates is flexible and could be anywhere from the North West to the South East England.

Within the role you will be responsible for the sale of Medical Indemnity Insurance to private hospital Consultants across the whole range of specialties from Anaesthetists to Spinal surgeons.

The business have a close relationship with a large private hospital group and this is helpful in terms of developing business but they are seeking wider production from across the whole private sector.

The role will involve meeting consultants at hospitals, surgeries, clinics and at conferences and networking events. The applicant will be supported by an experienced team and with a budget to develop the business. Full training will be provided.
