Medical Education Administrator and PA to Director of Medical Education- Band 5
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to join our Medical Education team. The postholder will provide top-class administration for the team, working under the direction of the Medical Education Manager and closely with the Trust’s Director of Medical Education.
The postholder should have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and will be expected to maintain contact with trainee doctors, trainers and non-medical colleagues across the Trust, a range of educational institutions, other NHS organisations and professional bodies.
It is essential that the post holder has excellent diary management skills and the ability to work independently in ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of the service, often within tight timescales. Experience of collaborative working within and across different NHS organisation would be an advantage.
The post will be primarily based at St Charles Hospital. However, regular travel to different sites across the Trust will be required.
