NRC Medical Administrator
Initially a six-month, full time contract

About the role
As a Medical Administrator, you'll play a vital role in the administration of recruiting appropriate talent to join the Army. You'll be involved in the medical screening of Army applicants. So, you'll liaise with applicants, answer queries and assist them through the medical aspects of the application process. Interacting with third party providers, such as GPs, you'll also organise and store paperwork, be involved with data entry, type letters and answer the phone. It's important that you can quickly and accurately provide updates and reports.
Focused, methodical and organised, you're excellent at prioritising tasks and have a good level of English spelling and grammar. Along with solid IT skills and attention to detail, you're a superb team player. Experience in a previous administration role is essential and ideally, we'd like you to have experience in the healthcare arena, but it's not necessary.
