Key responsibilities within the role, which the candidate must be able to implement effectively;
Develop and post regular content to keep digital and social media channels updated and help maintain the client’s website and social media feed.
Establish a network of ‘content support contacts’ from across the business, collaborating with these colleagues to source information.
Develop an understanding of how our communities use digital channels and more traditional means of communication to engage with the business and apply this knowledge when devising campaigns, and ensure that all campaigns are targeted, cost effective, relevant and measurable.
Work with the wider Corporate Communications functions and all other relevant Departments to plan, deliver and implement agreed campaigns
A professional qualification in communications, public relations or marketing.
Experience in working in a communications and marketing-led environment.
Experience of implementing successful integrated campaigns.
Experience of delivering digital factors communications, designing corporate style resources and using a targeted marketing approach for a variety of different audiences
Demonstrable experience of content management systems including SharePoint, Word press, and other similar systems
The candidate must demonstrate expertise in maximising the potential of Digital and Social media, including updating and editing internet sites.
Salary up to £28k depending on experience, flexible hours,25 days holiday + bh, car park
