We are a boutique London Support and Secretarial Staff recruiter with clients in the Advertising, Media, PR, Digital, Creative, Publishing and Luxury Brands industries.
As preferred suppliers to some of London’s most dynamic Film, TV, Media and Advertising businesses we are looking for top level Team Assistants to step in to some high profile TA roles to cover sickness and holidays, long term temporary assignments and contracts.
We are currently seeking candidates with 1 years + experience with impeccable Microsoft Office skills, knowledge of SAP, a fast typing speed, media industry experience at any level and the ability to quickly adapt to a new role. You will be skilled at organising complex travel arrangements, assisting senior managers, working both independently and as part of a team.
You need to be flexible, enthusiastic, friendly and willing to learn with a strong eye for detail and a proven track record of hitting tight timeframes.
