We've just registered an exciting opportunity for a permanent Meddbase Patient Care Administrator to take responsibility for looking after patients throughout their journey with the clinic. From booking an initial appointment through to visiting the clinic and after-care, you will ensure all patients receive outstanding patient care and service.
Your day to day tasks will include answering and resolving patient queries - clinical and administrative, booking appointments and looking after general clinic administration. Patient confidentiality, including personal, medical and financial information must be ensured at all times.
You must have a commitment and passion for delivering outstanding levels of Customer Service in a medical or healthcare company with previous customer service experience of dealing with a high volume of customer enquiries.
A minimum of two years experience working in healthcare setting, or a relevant degree, is essential to succeed in this position.
